Shipping
We strive to to keep our shipping costs as low as
possible. We ship via US Priority Mail.
For large orders we may ship UPS. 
 Priority Mail Service usually arrives in 2-3
 days within the United States.Typically,
orders are shipped within 1-3 days from receipt
of order. However during holidays it may take
longer. We will let you know when your order
will ship out. Please remember all orders are
handmade and hand filled.
We ship items out Monday thru Friday.
We are closed Saturday and Sunday, however,
orders can be placed over the weekend.

Colorado Sales Tax
A Colorado Sales Tax will be applied
to your order of 7.55% if you are buying
in Colorado.
International Orders
We do ship Internationally, however you will need
to e-mail us in advance of placing your order to
find out what your shipping charges will total.
Please provide  to us your shipping address as
well as  the item(s) that you want to purchase.
We will calculate theshipping charges, and
then let you know. HomeGrown Pillows does 
reserve the right to refuse any requests within
3 business days, upon receipt of your order.
International orders cannot be tracked once
they leave the United States. Therefore we are
unable to guarantee that you will receive your
order. Any orders shipped Internationally are
at the customers own risk.
Returns & Exchanges
Please select items carefully when ordering. We
appreciate you as a customer, and want your
shopping experience to be a positive one.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may
return any item(s) (excluding essential oils, and
catnip toys) for a refund or an exchange within
 30 days of purchase.
Products that are listed as "FREE" are non-refundable.
For Returns:
Please e-mail us for instructions and authorization.
•Upon arrival of the returned item(s), a refund will
be issued for the cost of the item(s), but not
including any shipping charges. Customers will
be responsible for return shipping charges.
•Any returned items must be in their original
plastic bag, unopened. If opened, due to
health concerns, we cannot accept the return.
•There will be a 15% restocking fee for larger orders.
•All custom orders/ special orders cannot be
returned. Unless defective.
•Products damaged in shipping, you must make a
claim to the shipping company within 5 days
of receipt of order.
•We cannot accept any returns on International
orders.
•Be sure to properly insure items when returning
an item. HomeGrown Pillows cannot assume
responsibility for any item that is lost in the
mail on its return to us.
 
Defective Items:
If your item is defective, you may return within
the first 30 days of purchase, we will refund
the item purchased as well as shipping expenses. 
 
Special Requests:
If you have a special request regarding fabric
or wish to do a custom order, please e-mail
us, just go to the contact page, and let us
know your special request.
 
Gift Wrap and Gift Enclosure cards
Gift Wrap is available at check out. The cost is
$2. per item. We will also handwrite your
personal message in a gift enclosure card, at
no extra charge. Just let us know what it is
you want us to write in the provided space
during check out.

Your privacy is guaranteed! We will not store or
share your information with anyone.
